Using your Finance and Analytical skills to create an immediate impact on the business for 10 countries across Central Europe;
Leading long-term planning & framing the key strategic choices in the context of value creation;
Working with big data sets to spot patterns and build impactful insights to craft P&G business strategies;
Given responsibility for the business, financial analysis and internal audit from day one

Master's degree (or will obtain it before you start)
Nice to have: previous traineeship/internship experience
Very good communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written)
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills and a strong passion for finance
Work effectively with people from different backgrounds by exemplifying creativity, innovation and initiative
Able to make complex decisions using all available data, but also confident enough to use your gut feeling and instincts
