We are looking for HR Employee Experience Advisor INTERN with French and English to our office in Warsaw.

What will you do?

- Be first point of contact for Schneider’s Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues, manage employees’ cases
- Communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems
- Communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries
- Research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution
- Constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers
- Identify improvement areas

French C1 - advanced
English B2 - upper intermediate

Other requirements
If you have…

- Fluent French and English, with very good level of written and oral communication
- Student of psychology/sociology/MBA/management or related
- Willingness to work from Monday to Friday (8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) at least 25-30 hours per week.
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit
- Influence and convince skills
- Passion about customer service
- Team-working skills and drive to change personality
