Position Overview: As an Asset Management and Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in our company, responsible for managing APM spare parts, maintaining records of installed cabinet machines, conducting regular inventory report, and managing financial records generated by the JV CTO line, including invoice management and real-time reconciliation. You will also be gradually involved in maintenance-related work orders, assisting in resolving certain operational issues.
Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Manage all spare parts for APM machines, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability. 2. Maintain up-to-date records of installed APM machines and perform regular audits to verify their accuracy. 3. Keep detailed records of equipment components and spare parts for accurate accounting. 4. Take charge of managing financial records generated by the JV CTO line, including invoice management and real-time financial reconciliation. 5. Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and discrepancies in financial records and asset management. 6. Gradually participate in cabinet machine maintenance-related work orders, assisting in the resolution of specific operational issues
