* Provide basic PMO Support for SAP projects. Learn how to support project and service managers in successful project delivery ( scope, schedule, resources, budget. Coordinate project meetings.) * Preparing documentation, calculations, reports, statements and presentations for project needs; * Collaborate and good communication with project managers and project team and customers. * Be a part of PMO team for SAP DACH projects.
*German & English language (C1) *Availability to work 40 hours/week. *Proactiveness and can-do attitude, eager to gather PMO knowledge. *Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially MS Excel & Power Point. *Good interpersonal skills. *Excellent analytical, organizational and problem – solving skills.
Nice to have:
*PMO experience *Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA & Confluence, SharePoint. *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
