Obowiązki
-Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and AP open invoices.
-Perform internal audit on booked invoices including manual corrections.
-Respond to process related inquiries via email and telephone.
-Maintain regular relationship with suppliers and the Client.
-Monitor the payables and unreconciled payment lines, reconcile aged debit and credit items, follow up and resolve queries related to invoices.
-Report activities and analysis requested by the TL or Manager.

Inne wymagania
-knowledge of English and Portuguese language (min. B2 level in both is required),
-high accuracy and focus on details,
-ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the set targets,
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral,
-MS Office Excel skills.
