Profile Summary - Solvemed is currently recruiting a capable highly driven Founders Associate to support the founders directly and hands-on in their daily work, ultimately helping drive organisational efficiency and company growth - This opening represents a rare opportunity to join an ambitious world-class high-achieving multi-disciplinary team in a neurotech space and work closely and directly with the founders, with the prospects to grow into Head of Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles - Successful candidate will be an eager hard-working learner, with passion for digital health and entrepreneurship, and a demonstrable track record of problem solving and achievement in high-pace environments - Formidability, resourcefulness, excellent attention to detail, and impeccable communication skills (English language) in speech and writing are required - Understanding of the health care and/or life sciences sectors is a plus
Objectives; The overall objectives of the role are to: - Help drive company growth and operational efficiency by supporting the founders directly and hands-on in their daily work, across a wide range of commercial, clinical, and operational projects, - Champion operational excellence best practices to embed a culture of entrepreneurial speed with delivery discipline with continuous efficiency and prioritization within conflicting schedules and time restraints.
Main activities - Operational Efficiency: From supporting marketing, sales activities and clinical projects to helping with competition research, finances, accountancy, and general tasks, - Engagement Outreach: Prospect, initiate, and foster meaningful conversations, shaping our outreach for potential leads, consultations, partnerships, or freelance gigs, - Commercial Strategy: Refine pitch materials, investor updates, and drive sales strategies, ensuring our CRM system is always in top form, - Market Research: Investigate relevant market trends and companies, helping refine our commercial and clinical strategies and daily activities, - Talent Acquisition: Dive deep into hiring - curate job descriptions, manage the hiring pipeline, and identify the best talent fits. - Founders' Direct Support: Streamline relevant founders’ tasks, build processes, amplify efficiency, and provide the necessary support to realize the founders’ vision.
