Duties
-Review legal documentation according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards.
-Provide suggestions to improve the process and work of the team.
-Maintain policy and process knowledge by staying updated with changes, reviewing existing materials and getting updates and trainings from Quality Team members, providing feedback to changes and materials.
-Collaborate with Policy, Quality, Changes and Operations and participate in improvement programs and activities, as required.
Requirements

Languages
English B2 - upper intermediate
German B1 - intermediate

Other requirements
-Excellent comprehension, communication, and English (min. B2) and German (min. B1) language skills. Other languages will be a plus.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work at pace, thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
-Open to adjusting to changes in priorities or scope of projects.
-Experience with communications across functional boundaries and or globally.
-Willingness to work in hybrid mode, 3 days in the office located in Warsaw.
