-Provide technical enablement to clients embarking on application development journeys on cloud platforms.
-Offer solutions to complex problems encountered on cloud platforms, leveraging your expertise.
-Guide clients in selecting the appropriate cloud platform technologies for their projects.
-Establish development environments and replicate client issues to facilitate problem-solving.
-Communicate effectively with clients, using the appropriate level of technical language to ensure clarity.
-Take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution.
-Articulate the business value of cloud computing and assist clients in evaluating the platform successfully.
-Collaborate with clients on existing support programs to create roadmaps and support application development on cloud platforms.
-Identify customer requirements such as budget, timeline, and decision-making processes, and align solutions accordingly.

Languages
English			C1 - advanced

-Proficiency in coding and development specifically within the Microsoft Azure environment.
-Possession of Azure Developer Associate AZ-204 Certificate.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles within technical sales, consulting, or support.
-Proven experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
-Language(s) Required: English- minimum level C1 required.
-Nice to have: experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
-Experience in AI would be an asset
