Offer distribution

Publication of the offers in the portal

Every accepted offer is available to all users signed in the portal. This means that it is enough to add the offer once to make it available to students / alumni from all associated universities.

Candidates looking for a job may search through the offers (using a filter) i.e. in reference to work character (type of work, professional area, type of contract) as well as requirements of an offer (e.g. field of education, required IT skills, entitlements / certificates, languages and professional competences).

Sending offer

Offers published in the portal are distributed among users in two different ways.

Automatic distribution of new offers notifications

Mechanism allowing the system to send e-mail notifications about new offers to adequately adjusted groups of students/ alumni.

The list of offers is prepared by the system and distributed once a day, it contains information about the offers accepted within last 24 hours, consistent with user’s requirements.

Key importance during the distribution (placing an offer in the list) is given to offer’s parameters (voivodeship, type of work, professional area ), which are comparable with similar professional preferences of portal users.

Sending offers via Career Centre employees

Career Centre employees (Career Advisors) may sent offers to students / alumni who are under their attendance.

Career Advisors distribute notifications about new offers to active users, taking into consideration criteria included in Requirements section as well as possibilities and expectations of students / alumni.

Not every offer is distributed by Career Centre employees. This form of distribution refers mainly to non-standard offers, e.g. when a key to reach target group is niche foreign language or specialized computer programme.
